	Terms Of Service Agreement
	1.	ChurchLogoDesigner.com is a division of Graphics Factory CC, South Africa. In this document, "ChurchLogoDesigner.com" will refer to Graphics Factory CC, it's owner, associated companies and staff.
	2.	In the case of logos, the copyright to the final logo will be transferred to the client. ChurchLogoDesigner.com will retain ownership and exclusive copyright to all concept designs not accepted by the client.
	3.	ChurchLogoDesigner.com retains the right to display the client's designs in its portfolio of past work, either on the ChurchLogoDesigner.com web site, other company web sites or in printed media.
	4.	Although every design we submit to a client or sell directly via the web site is an original creation, it can happen that a design we create is very similar to a design that already exists somewhere in the world. When this happens and is pointed out to us, we will work with the client to make the necessary changes to the design, up to a maximum of ten variations of the design.
	5.	When a refund is requested, the client may not use any designs submitted to him or her. In the case of a refund, ChurchLogoDesigner.com retains the exclusive copyright to all designs submitted to the client.
	6.	At ChurchLogoDesigner.com we make an effort to deliver all design work within advertised turnaround times. It can however happen that, due to our workload or circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to deliver work on time. ChurchLogoDesigner.com therefore can not guarantee turnaround times.
	7.	If, during the design process, a client stops correspondence for a period of twelve months, open projects under that client's name will be closed. Further work on those projects will require a new order and a new payment.
	8.	In the unlikely event that a design error slips through on the final design files submitted to a client, ChurchLogoDesigner.com will correct the error. ChurchLogoDesigner.com will however not be liable for any loss or damage that resulted from the error, even of the error was on our side and was brought to our attention. Clients are encouraged to carefully examine all design work prior to accepting it.
	9.	Our money-back guarantee applies to all our work, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days or up to the completion of the design. The completion of the design is the point where a clients accepts a design.
	10.	The concept of "unlimited alterations" as used on this web site means that ChurchLogoDesigner.com will work the client, as long as it takes, to make sure that the design(s) are perfect. However, when a client accepts a design, it is considered finalized. Any alterations after finalization will incur an additional design fee. The design fee will be determined by ChurchLogoDesigner.com based on the extent of the changes.
	11.	ChurchLogoDesigner.com reserves the right to decline an order for any reason, whether or not work on the order has already begun. In such cases the client will be notified via email and a full refund of the order amount will be issued. ChurchLogoDesigner.com will not be obligated to offer reasons for its decision.
	12.	ChurchLogoDesigner.com reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at its discretion and without notice.
