Most design firms these days offer some sort of satisfaction guarantee and a growing number of them even have a money-back guarantee. However, if you look closely at the fine print you may find that they are so tied down by conditions that you are not likely to qualify for a refund, should you ask for one.

By contrast, we believe it should be easy to get your money back, should you feel that we are not delivering what you paid for.

If, during the first 30 days of the design process, you decide to request a refund, simply send us an email with the word "refund" and your order number in the subject line. You may include a reason in the body of your email, but that's not required. This money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days or up to the completion of the logo, whichever comes first.
