About This Church Logo

 The logo image is a composition of three different design shapes : a rectangle, a cross and a circle. The image duplicates itself in all aspects. The angle in which the rectangle is placed, simulates the cross: the bases and the upper parts of the rectangle and the cross,   are narrow, while the cross bars of the cross are spread in the wider space inside the rectangle.  The outer frame of the rectangle, in contrast with the soft outlines of the cross, gives the impression of  sturdiness; a bastion type of enclosure; impenetrable. Enclosed in the frame, so to speak, are the most significant symbol in the Christian world: the cross of Jesus Christ. The Fleur ode lies edges of the four cross bars are signals of beauty and piety. The cross rests on a circle, pointing to the chest and and head portions of the victim hanging on a cross. The meaning of the logo is that of the unchanging truth of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the decisions mankind are forced to make with head knowledge and surrendering of the heart, for or against this eternal truth.  Application of the colors, bourgondy red, black and yellow, relates to the colors of sacred utensils and dates back to the very early Christian church period.  A logo with a strong and clear message!
