About This Church Logo

 The eye catching symbol in the logo is the cross.  The cross is molded in the form of the Gregorian church period, dated around the 12th century. During this time span, the Roman Empire enjoyed massive growth and prosperity in all spheres of life.  The cross has a single, circular backdrop, sending the message of unity in the Roman nation and religious faith.  Settled in a deeper dimension, we find the open Book of Books, the Bible.  The open Bible solidifies the Message as an open message, available to all peoples on the face of the earth. Around the cross and the Bible the logo is rounded off with a double circle. The double circle signals communion - the sharing of intimate thoughts and feelings: man's mystical communion with the divine. The logo was allocated five different colors. The number five in the Christian world signals the completeness in creation of the world (nature). The colors yellow, burgundy, white, black and royal purple symbolizes brightness, the shed blood of Christ, purity, the origin of creation (black) and kingship.
